Happy New Year, Readers!
I know 2020 was one, uh … interesting ride, at least for me. I hope this blog post finds you and your loved ones well. If not, please know that you and yours are in my thoughts during these scary and trying times.
A quick shout out here to Neri @Post Cards from La-La-Land, as she does posts like this every year to review the materials and projects she has been working on. I’m stealing her idea because I have been so behind on posting updates!

Oh my aching TBR pile, a bunch of these are singing to me! The David Bowie title caught my attention, of course (Planet Earth is Blue), and Mermaid Moon, and Song for a Whale has been in my TBR for ages. I've also been meaning to read anything by Malala Yousafzai, and I love that we finally have a book about an Okay Witch XD Not the star student, not the Worst Witch, but somewhere in the middle!
ReplyDeleteI actually started reading the series BECAUSE of Mermaid Moon (it's smack dab in the middle of as series) and thinking to myself, Neri likes Mermaids. I should give this book a try! :) Unfortunately, it only has one small segment that actually has to do with finlore, it's one of those guilty pleasure, you know it's going to have a happy ending Christian Fiction books I was telling you about. :)
DeleteMy goodness you've been a busy reader! And don't think I didn't see that Positivity Reference! You should check out Sheila's story on A Girl Named Noah. It's a bit rough, but the story is great! There, I've added a book recommended by a friend and written by a friend :P
